01 About InterviewShield

InterviewShield is an assisted remote interview monitoring platform operated by LOKS TECH. It provides interview scheduling, video communication, participant management, monitoring alerts, risk indicators, reports and optional recording features.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a plan or using InterviewShield, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Disclaimer.

03 Monitoring Disclaimer

Generated alerts, detected events and risk indicators are provided only to support human review. They must not be treated as conclusive proof of cheating, fraud, misconduct or candidate dishonesty.

Final hiring, rejection and investigation decisions must be made by authorised representatives after reviewing all available information and context.

04 Camera, Microphone and Recording Consent

Organisations using InterviewShield are responsible for informing candidates and panel members about camera access, microphone access, monitoring, event logging and recording before an interview begins.

Recording must only be activated after obtaining all permissions and consent required under applicable laws and internal organisational policies.

05 User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information, protect their login credentials and use the platform only for lawful recruitment, assessment and interview-related activities.

InterviewShield must not be used for unauthorised surveillance, harassment, discrimination, impersonation, unlawful recording, security attacks or privacy violations.

06 Account and Access Security

Users are responsible for activity performed through their accounts. Login credentials, candidate links and panel invitation links must not be shared with unauthorised persons.

07 Plans and Feature Availability

Available features depend on the selected plan. Panel limits, recording availability, plan duration and other restrictions may differ between Basic, Silver and Gold plans.

Certain features may become restricted after plan expiry until the organisation renews or upgrades its subscription.

08 Payments

Paid plans are activated only after successful backend payment verification. Failed, cancelled, incomplete or unverified transactions will not activate a paid plan.

09 Recordings and Reports

Recording availability depends on browser support, device permissions, internet connectivity, storage availability and the organisation's active plan.

InterviewShield does not guarantee that every monitoring event, video stream or recording will be captured without interruption.

10 Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Service quality may be affected by devices, browsers, internet networks, hosting providers, maintenance or technical failures.

11 Suspension or Termination

LOKS TECH may restrict or suspend access where there is suspected unlawful activity, platform misuse, fraudulent payment, security risk or violation of these Terms.

12 Limitation of Responsibility

InterviewShield does not make hiring decisions or guarantee that every detected event is accurate. Organisations remain responsible for recruitment decisions, participant notices, legal compliance and interpretation of generated reports.

13 Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated when platform features, pricing, operational requirements or applicable laws change. The latest version will always be displayed on this page.
