InterviewShield uses automated monitoring tools to identify events such as tab switching, absence of a visible face, multiple visible faces, background noise and other possible interview-integrity signals.

Monitoring alerts and risk indicators are provided only to support human review. They must not be treated as conclusive proof of cheating, fraud, misconduct or candidate dishonesty.

02 Human Review Required

All monitoring events, reports and recordings should be reviewed by an authorised representative before making any hiring, rejection, disciplinary or investigation decision.

03 Detection Accuracy

Automated monitoring may produce inaccurate, incomplete or missed alerts.

Performance may be affected by lighting conditions, camera quality, microphone quality, background movement, internet connectivity, browser limitations and device permissions.

04 Video and Audio Services

InterviewShield does not guarantee uninterrupted video, audio or recording services.

Connection quality may depend on the participant's device, browser, local network, internet provider and external service infrastructure.

05 Recording Responsibility

The organisation conducting the interview is responsible for informing all participants and obtaining the required permissions before activating camera, microphone, recording or monitoring features.

06 Recruitment Decisions

InterviewShield does not make recruitment, employment or disciplinary decisions.

Final decisions remain entirely with the organisation using the platform and its authorised representatives.

07 Legal Compliance

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of InterviewShield complies with applicable privacy, employment, recording and data-protection requirements.

08 External Services

Certain platform functions may depend on external hosting, payment, email, video, browser or infrastructure providers.

LOKS TECH is not responsible for interruptions or failures caused by external services outside its reasonable control.

09 No Absolute Guarantee

InterviewShield is designed to support interview monitoring and review. It does not guarantee the prevention or detection of every form of impersonation, external assistance or suspicious activity.
